So simple and so helpful! We have products that can be shipped media-mail, and some that can't. Not to mention we also have digital products. If even one product is not media-mail eligible (except digital products), I need the media-mail shipping method hidden. Long story short our shipping rules are very complex and this app can handle it. It's super simple, not full of unnecessary features and fairly priced. Also Sam is always so responsive and helpful!

This is a really important app if you want to use invoice payments in your store only for business customers. There are several versatile payment rules you can configure. Especially the Hide Express Checkout rule is a very helpful when using invoice payments, because you want your customers to first fill out the address form in checkout, to show the appropriate payment types. Many new rules have been added over time as well. Service also top notch. We needed a little help with the configurations and Sam answered our questions within 12 hours.

I am extremely impress with the customer service provided. I had to setup a very unique flow for the checkout/shipping process and I was a little overwhelmed. I contacted them on the chat and Sam went above and beyond to help me out setting up everything. Sam literally guided me through the whole process. I'm super happy with this app and customer service! I had some weird requirements for shipping to different parts of the country as I ship live plants. The associate, Sam, not only helped, they made it look easy! It even works swimmingly with my quantity discounts in shopify. I would highly recommend.

We had to fine-tune some things with our deliveries in the checkout and this app worked perfectly for us. It let us hide/show some shipment options based on if the customer entered a company or not. We also have some shipping options from a third party (carrier-calculated shipping) and we could fine tune these as well to make the customer experience better. Only took a few minutes to set everything up.

I found this application to be very robust: I created some validation rules and it works very well. The testing feature is really useful, not only because it has no impact on a live running store, but also because it allows stores under development to set up checkout rules without having to pay for a subscription plan. This app is great for rearranging your checkout delivery options, as Shopify natively doesn't allow you to set them in any order other than cheapest/free first, through to most expensive last. BeSure Checkout Rules allows you to set them in whatever order you wish.

The app you never thought you needed until you do. What started as a simple use case to hide shipping methods became an open world of possibilities on improving the checkout experience with BeSure Checkout Rules! Hide PO Boxes, give percentage discounts if orders are over a certain amount, rename shipping methods based on carrier, and MORE - this app improved the checkout experience for my store and my customers. I have less inquiries from customers on shipping costs and am also able to make them happy by giving calculated discounts based on their order amount. They have lightning fast response times on questions. Sam has been extremely helpful, answering my questions through the trial period and continues to be supportive after I signed up. Great plugin that does what it says and does it well with a simple interface. I used it to re-order my shipping methods so that the pre-selected one would be the correct one. I had a small question and Sam answered instantly and fixed my issue. 5 stars for this plugin that solves a major Shopify shortcoming.
